What is Instant Gratification?
Instant gratification is the addiction to experience pleasure or fulfillment without delay, we all must have noticed the fact that we are hardwired to get anything we want instantly, or it is a term that refers to temptation and let go of future benefits in order to obtain the immediate benefit.
for example, if you have an urge for something pleasurable like food or watching a movie
we do not even give a second thought on the fact that we are wasting 2hours of valuable our time by watching a movie.
The opposite side of instant gratification is delayed gratification or a conscious decision to put off satisfying your desire to get a better reward in the future.

- Be considerate about your future. Before choosing between instant and delayed gratification take moment and think about your future and ask a question will this going to add value to my life if the answer is no do not do it.
- Take responsibility for your life. This also means making a commitment to yourself, because once you will make commitment your mind will give up and will listen to your consciousness.
- Take one step at a time it will keep you away from getting intimidated. once you will accomplish a small task your mind will automatically create a loop.
